How to Make a Hot Toddy
Every Sunday | 5:30pm in the Carriage Lounge
Our beverage team will show you how to make a Hot Toddy, the perfect drink for a cold winter’s night. Walk through the scents and smells of the ingredients, and finish with a taste of the toasty libation.

Awareness Walk
April 4 | 7:30am
Join naturalist Michael Ridolfo as we glide along forest paths with our senses expanded to their fullest, moving with the least disturbance possible, while attuning to nature’s subtle patterns. 2 miles. Easy pace.

The ancient art of cured meat has been practiced for thousands of years. Discover why it’s the star of charcuterie boards everywhere when you taste some of our amazing examples of cured meat and fish.

Every Tuesday in March | 11am – 3pm
Soften and soothe your hands as one of our Spa team members gently massages hydrating vegan-based Jojoba oil into them. The aromatic scents and feel of the treatment will leave you relaxed and renewed.
Campfire with Roasted Marshmallows
April 5 | 4pm
Feel the warmth of the fire, hear the crackle of the flames, and taste the decadence if the gooey roasted marshmallow. If you watch the flames long enough, you may be mesmerized!

DIY Bath Salt and Bath Bomb Workshop

Join us for a relaxing and easy hands-on workshop as we make bath salts and bath bombs that will enhance any soaking experience, resulting in softer skin and delightful scents.

Explore the sensational and seductive history of chocolate in love, art, healing, and cooking as Oliver Kita “dishes the dirt” on this decadent delight. An educational and detailed tasting experience of varying shades & percentages of white, milk and dark chocolate, plus learn a “sparkling street-wise“ vocabulary list of chocolate’s sensual qualities.
