Fitness Sessions & Personal Training
Join our instructor for a heart-pumping fitness sessions during your stay, or consider a personal training session.
Fitness sessions will be available with limited number of attendees on a first come, first serve basis. Physical distancing between guests is required. New outdoor fitness sessions will be available for our guests this summer. Please be sure to arrive on time as late admittance may not be allowed for some classes.

All levels welcome. Private sessions are by appointment only. Please call (877) 877-2664 to schedule your session.
Our treatment rates are inclusive. We wish to advise you there is no need to offer gratuities. All sessions are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted.
Customized Personal Training
$120 – For one | $185 – For two
Our professional trainers will work with you one-on-one to assess your fitness level and customize a routine tailored to your specific goals. Whether you are training for a marathon, looking for a total body workout, or want to design a session targeted on core strengthening, flexibility, or endurance, our trainers can help.
Pilates
$120 – For one | $185 – For two
A form of exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.
Mosaic Barre
$120 – For one | $185 – For two
Utilizing techniques from yoga, Pilates, and Barre programs, this class offers a full body workout where the focus is on strengthening and elongating muscles while improving postural alignment.
Tai Chi For Neck & Back
$120 – For one | $185 – For two
Combine body movements from Yang, Sun, and Wu traditions to strengthen and prevent neck and back pain.
Tai Chi Stretch
$120 – For one | $185 – For two
Adapting movements borrowed from several Tai Chi/Qigong traditions, this class emphasizes releasing tension-bound joints and connective tissues.
Yoga Hike
$200 – For one | $75 – For each additional person
Led by one of Mohonk’s expert yoga instructors, this 75-minute yoga hike takes you through the trails around Mohonk, stopping at scenic vistas to practice short yoga sequences that stretch and strengthen the body and open the eyes, mind, and heart. Being outdoors instead of in a yoga studio encourages you to step out of your comfort zone and focus on breath and movement, helping achieve a deeper and more mindful yoga practice.
