Guided meditation classes will be available with limited number of attendees and physical distancing between guests. Outdoor venues will be used whenever possible.

All levels welcome. Private sessions are by appointment only. Please call (877) 877-2664 to schedule your session.
Our treatment rates are inclusive. We wish to advise you there is no need to offer gratuities. All sessions are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted.
Private Meditation
$120 – For one | $185 – For two
Meditation is a skill that can be used to enhance every area of your life. It alleviates stress, lowers blood pressure, and promotes general well-being. The techniques taught at our Spa offer skills that can be integrated throughout your day, with life-enhancing results. A copy of The Three Minute Meditator by David Harp, M.A. and Nina Smiley, Ph.D., is included to support your efforts at home.
Forest Bathing
$120 – For one | $185 – For two
The term “forest bathing” or “shinrin-yoku” has been used in Japanese writing and research to describe the sense of well-being that comes from being outdoors immersed in nature. Enjoy a mindful walk through wooded trails, alongside timeless cliffs and our crystal-clear lake.
Qigong
$120 – For one | $185 – For two
The gentle, rhythmic movements of Qigong reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and enhance the immune system. It has also been found to improve cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic, and digestive functions.
