Tee off on our golf course in upstate New York, one of the oldest golf courses in the U.S. The Mohonk Mountain House 9 hole golf course was laid out by founder Albert Smiley in 1897 on an apple orchard at the Mountain Rest Dairy Farm. Scotsman Robert Pryde added his Scottish influence when he lengthened the course in 1911. The Mohonk Golf Course features undulating fairways and protects itself with blind tee shots and uneven lies. Its 19th century design is able to battle 21st century equipment – making it a shot-maker’s paradise and one of the best 9 hole golf courses in New York state.

We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our guests. It is of the utmost importance that all visitors to the golf course follow our set of rules laid out below.

Open for the season
Monday – Friday: 8am to dusk
Saturday – Sunday: 7:30am to dusk

Dress Code
Collared shirts and proper footwear are required. Cut off shorts and flip flops are prohibited.
